Surface Plasmon Resonance Sterilization 3D Imaging Technology Considering the Engineering Hue Algorithm

The high-resolution dynamic observation of the phenomenon impossible surface plasmon resonance sterilization is conducted which resulted from quality problems in imaging process traditional 3D technology. Surface (SPR) technology mainly based on physical-optical properties generated by optical coupling metal thin films, and flexible analysis methods are used to improve efficiency SPR imaging. In this paper, engineering hue algorithm introduced into sterilization, front-end system composed objective lens, distributed elements, focusing mirrors, probes obtain corresponding spectrum data back-end processor quickly send calculation amount back-end. Meanwhile, combined with imaging, dislocation processing technology, multiframe reconstruction method, accuracy improved, memory space released speed up processing. Finally, experimental shows that can complete superresolution obtained effect good, fast, it be observed wide amplitude, high resolution, low power consumption.
